TERRIBLE!!! HUGE SCAM!!!

ok my story is like a lot of other on here! I've been trying to fix this scam for the last 2-3 months. I ordered the trial for WEN back in September for 29.95 I received it SEVERAL days later I think it was actually close to 2-3 weeks. I tried the product the first couple of days it was great! After that it made my hair very greasy (I don't have greasy hair) and heavy I started to hate it! I stopped using it. Then about a month later my account was charged about $44.00 I was royally mad! First off I would never spend that much on a hair product! Secondly I wanted to know why. I tried calling the phone number it took FOREVER to get a hold of a person then when I did I was hung up on. I was even more upset. I never got a hold of another person, and due to my work hours I didn't have all day to waste on the phone! So I went to my bank and filed another dispute of course, they told me it was going to be about 30-60 days before a result, which isn't their fault so I just let it go. Well 30 days later they charged me ANOTHER $35.00!!!! I was so unhappy!! I tried calling again and I had talked to some very rude lady who called me a liar and said I received my shipment back in September! I told I didn't receive anything!! She was so rude!! I ended up hanging up on her! I called back and tried doing to automated system and it said I still had another payment due! I'm now going to talk with my friend who is a lawyer and get this taken care of. I did fill out the form that the "Tom" guy sent to others on here. If I don't get this taken care of I'm going to my lawyer friend. I'm sure I'm not the only person this has happened to!
