I was told when ordering that if I didn't log onto the online classes I could get a full refund. I called to return the books and was told that I would only get back 80% according to the contract. The person I spoke to told me the complete opposite of what the contract reads. Yes I should have read the contract more closely but with that said he should not have told me complete lies. I have not logged to the classes nor have I opened any of the books, I still have original boxes that the books came in. I told them to listen to what the salesperson told me and have yet to hear anything regarding that issue. I highly suggest looking at other schools that don't rip you off from the get go.
Oh the contract reads once you purchase the class you are already 20% down from your purchase for refunds!!
